Fifteen early stage innovators have been selected to compete on the Health 2.0 VentureConnect stage at HIMSS20.
Along with featured speakers, panel discussions and networking sessions, the Health 2.0 VentureConnect program on March 11 includes four rapid-fire pitch competitions for vetted Series A health tech companies hoping to be recognized as the most promising startup by venture capitalists and corporate investors.
Health 2.0 has been a launch pad for digital health heavyweights, including Livongo, SilverCloud Health, Medisafe and Castlight Health.
The competing startups are seed stage through Series A, with at least $500,000 and no more than $5 million raised, they involve health innovations that are fundamentally user-centered, their solutions use data to drive better decision making, and their tech plays well with others, taking an ecosystem approach to driving solutions.
This year’s competitors will showcase tech solutions in these four market categories:
Medinas: cloud-based total asset management and remarketing platform for hospitals
Health Note: AI platform that pre-writes physician notes
Ataia Medical: a communication aid for non-invasive ventilation patients and physicians
