Tiffany Lemmen holds the position of Director of Technology Strategy, Transformation and Integration at The Queen’s Health System in Honolulu, HI. In her current position, she leads a team that delivers analytic applications focused on improving patient outcomes, improving financial decision making, improving organizational efficiencies and population health management.
Prior to joining The Queen’s Health System, Tiffany worked at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, Ca where she led a team that provided application support, web development and the project management office. During her time at Huntington Hospital, she led the successful implementation of the Cerner EHR and Lawson ERP system.
Prior to joining Huntington Hospital, Tiffany held the position of Senior Director of HER implementation and Acute Care Strategy at Catholic Healthcare West. In this position, she led a team responsible for implementation of EHR and clinical systems across the health system as well as facilitation of system-wide standards.
In total, Tiffany has spent two decades in the healthcare IT field and a decade working as a clinician. She is passionate about advancing technology in a manner that supports improved patient care, improved clinical outcomes and patient and clinician engagement.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA with an IT Management specialization. She is currently working on a Doctorate in Information Technology at Capella University where her dissertation research is focused on identification of factors that result in higher patient adoption of personal health records.
