Taylor Hargrave BSN, RN, CIC is the Infection Prevention Supervisor at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. Lafayette General Medical Center (LGMC) boasts a total of 475 beds, including 366 staffed beds at its main campus, 85 at the Southwest campus and 24 at the behavioral health unit. The main campus is the largest full-service, acute care medical center in the 10-parish area of Acadiana. Mr. Hargrave graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He began work at Lafayette General Medical Center in 2011, caring for post-surgical orthopedic and neurosurgical patients. Mr. Hargrave later obtained his Board Certification in Infection Prevention and Control in 2015 after transitioning to the Infection Prevention department in 2013. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
