Sheila Zinck is the Advocacy and Eminence program manager for IBM Accessibility Research. She leads research and analysis for accessibility initiatives and collaborates with clients, partners and universities to build new innovations supporting people of all ages and abilities. Her past studies include the 2016 IBM “Outthink Aging” report and the 2017 IBM Institute for Business Value study, “Loneliness and the aging population - how businesses and governments can address a looming crisis”, which examine how cognitive technologies can improve the lives of older adults.
