Shathiya Navaneeth is an Information and Technology Project Manager at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) with about 10 years of information and technology experience. She graduated from Bharathiyar University, India, with a bachelor’s of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Then she completed her master’s of Business Administration from Anna University. Her fascination and love for healthcare and computers made her choose HIT industry as her career path. As a resourceful technical manager skilled in streamlining operations and maintaining schedules, she has been a liaison between business and technical areas at CFF. She started off as a developer who created technical solutions for the Patient Registry Team's needs and later turned over a new leaf as an Information and Technoloy Project Manager. Her journey at CFF is intriguing, a job transformed into a passion. She is a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner. Prior to CFF, she worked at a government contracting company and a clinical research company as a Software Developer, developing applications for Navy and various institutes of National Institute of Health.
