Robin Hill has over 35 years in the Healthcare industry with the last ten years focused on Healthcare IT, extensive clinical consulting, project management, customer implementation and product support experience. As the VP of Clinical Solutions, Robin is responsible for the coordination and oversight of clinical operations consistent with the programs developed that optimize best practices of the remote patient care for the Platform. She is responsible for promoting high standards of practice through development of policies, protocols, and practice guidelines; as well as by leading clinical areas of professional services to disciplined metrics as set forth by the organizations strategic plans. Robin leads daily operations, interprets changes in the marketplace, generates ideas, and participates in initiatives that increase our market advantage. Her extensive experience includes significant understanding in healthcare processes and workflows, operations, team building, management development, labor relations, financial management, program development, application of technology and clinical space design. Of most importance is her experience in clinical practice consulting, clinical workflow in the acute and post-acute care settings, solution-based implementation project management, and experience delivering training in a clinical setting. Equally important is Robin’s experience in Product Strategy and Management, including pre sales, waterfall and agile development, installation, training, product design, and system integration for a medical software company. Robin leads her team of Clinicians in defining the vision and strategy for developing systems that maximize patient access and throughput in the context of excellent clinical care and fiscal responsibility.
