Patricia is the Director of Clinical Services at InTouch Health where she leads the Clinical Services Specialist (CSS) team to ensure the successful delivery of InTouch Health Solutions. She collaborates with the CSS field team members, internal delivery departments and the customer, to plan, schedule and implement the necessary elements of successful programs and projects. Additionally, she consults with customers on creation of new telehealth programs and looks for opportunities for expansion and growth with current programs. Patricia has worked in the medical device field for 15 years. Prior to her role as the Director of Clinical Services at InTouch Health, Patricia served as the Clinical Team Leader for Kimberly Clark Healthcare, where she worked as a specialist for a medical device product that reduces the event of unintentional hypothermia during surgery. She has also worked as the Clinical Support Coordinator for Microsulis Americas Inc. and as a Clinical Specialist for ETEX Corporation. Additionally, Patricia has over 20 years of experience as an operating room (OR) nurse, with her last OR position being the Care Center Director for Ambulatory Care at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Patricia has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis. She has presented and lectured on Reducing Unintentional Hypothermia for the Surgical Patient, Decreasing Surgical Site Infections and Preventing Pressure Injury in the Surgical Patient to OR Nurses and the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN) local chapter meetings.
