Nicole Klaus serves as Director, EHR Optimization and Strategy. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in Behavioral Health nursing and informatics, Nicole oversees the use and continuous improvement of the Electronic Health Record. Klaus has worked in different clinical and leadership roles and has led two system implementations. Klaus received her Bachelor’s Degree, Registered Nursing from Alverno College, her Master of Business Administration and Master in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She continued her education and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. Klaus has a passion for integrating technology and healthcare stems from years of working with patients of all ages and seeing the direct impact Behavioral Health has on health and the overall wellbeing of patients and caregivers. Her education and professional experience have made her a leading healthcare professional and the opportunity to speak on her work at Rogers Behavioral Health.
