Myriam Ferrari is a Project Manager of Consorzio Arsenàl.IT, a consortium among the 12 Local Health Authorities and Hospital Trusts of the Veneto Region (Italy).
She reached the MS degree in Bioengineering at the University of Padua (Italy) and she acquired a deep knowledge in model identification and data analysis.
Myriam is a member of the Standardization, Business Analysis and Testing Unit that designs the interoperability framework for the regional HIE project and for many others Regional, National, European projects.
She works on the process of the local software certification that allows systems to be involved in the regional HIE platform, supporting work on the application of healthcare standards to improve the integration capabilities of healthcare IT products. She works on design and validation of tests, regarding the application of integration profiles.
She actively participated in European IHE Connect-a-thons.
Myriam is involved in writing technical specifications of structured clinical documents based on HL7 CDA R2 standard, related to different domains.
Myriam has a key role in the managing of semantics in Veneto Region, regarding structured Laboratory Report produced by LHAs referring to the Region, also supporting the work on the trans-coding of medical laboratory tests based on LOINC International Standard.
Moreover, she is involved in project management activities that support the improvement of clinical process and assistance, developing workflow regarding clinical-pathway of patients affected by chronic diseases.
