Monica Eliou is a proven leader with 25 years of diverse healthcare expertise in clinical operations and healthcare IT transformations. She began MSE Advisory Group because she believes that the patient is the North star of healthcare and that provider organizations achieve their mission through continual improvement and successful change strategies. Monica's approach to project management begins by championing the operational needs of the department(s) being affected by new technology for the clinical mission to remain the priority. Her operational expertise and healthcare IT project experience are combined to mutually realize respective organizational goals. Monica demonstrates exceptional leadership in engaging stakeholders by identifying and addressing their unique needs. Stakeholder collaboration techniques are to realize sustainable organizational change.
Prior to starting MSE Advisory Group, she was a clinical operations and healthcare IT expert at PwC. She has deep operational expertise as an administrator of surgical practices, provider practice management, and in leadership positions in two family healthcare organizations. She serves clients with distinction and creates trusted adviser relationships.
In addition to leading MSE Advisory Group, Monica is an adjunct faculty at American University in Washington, DC. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and an MGA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is a member of HIMSS, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association of Professional Women. She was also a member the leadership team for PwC's Women in Technology program.
