Michael started at Influence Health after it acquired BrightWhistle in February of 2015 as the SVP of Product Development for Digital Marketing Solutions. After a year, he moved into the position of General Manager of the Consumer Experience Platform. While at BrightWhistle from June 2011 – February 2015, Michael held numerous roles, including VP of Product Development and CTO. As CTO, he oversaw the product design, development and vision for the BrightWhistle solution set, and specialized in creating a next generation of healthcare engagement solutions that were efficient, scalable and compliant. As VP of Product Development he was responsible for designing the BrightWhistle platform and certifying the platform as both a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer and a Google AdWords API Client. Prior to BrightWhistle and Influence Health, Michael worked at RubberNetwork and Elemica from August 2003 – July 2011. At RubberNetwork, he served as the Director of Software Development and was in charge of the development and international deployment of a custom SaaS supply chain application that integrated with or could function in place of large scale ERP systems. Michael then transitioned to Director of Technical Product Development in 2009 when RubberNetwork merged with Elemica. His post-merger responsibilities included engaging the industry and customers to ensure a uniform application solution and managing the technical aspects of product development to certify platform continuity between all products. Overall, he was able to improve the technical and function integration between the merged product suite.
