Ms. Murray is the Director of Health Services of South Country Health Alliance based in Owatonna, MN. Formed in 2001, South Country was the first county-based health services purchasing organization; and is a Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans for frail elderly and certified disabled adults, and a Minnesota Medicaid Managed Care Organization. Maureen oversees the clinical and care management programs at South Country which integrates medical, social and long-term care, and enables members to receive services in a cohesive manner. Previous to her employment at South Country, Maureen worked for a local public health agency in Minnesota and a rural Native Alaskan health corporation in Bethel, Alaska. Maureen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. Maureen has 20 years of experience working with diverse and under-served populations.
