Masoud Rabie is an executive vice president of strategic communications for Reingold, a healthcare communications firm specializing in national campaigns to drive organizational change management, patient engagement, and clinician adoption of healthcare best practices. In his role, Masoud serves as a strategist and trusted senior advisor who leads teams in navigating communications across large healthcare systems and translating enterprise goals into fully scaled marketing and change initiatives that enable healthcare organizations to innovate and thrive. Before joining Reingold, Masoud served as a federal communications officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Veterans Health Administration Health Informatics Initiative, focusing on advancing health information technology to enable clinical initiatives.
Masoud has received numerous awards for his work in healthcare and consumer marketing and is affiliated with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Health Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS), and Open Source Electronic Health Record Alliance (OSEHRA). He has a master’s degree with a concentration in health systems management, from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Texas.
