Mary Murray-Weir is Vice President of Rehabilitation Services at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), New York, NY. As an administrator with a clinical background in physical therapy she has a keen interest in optimizing informatics tools and developing best practices for the delivery of patient care. She uses her knowledge of workflows, decision processes, clinical informatics and analytics to provide strategic leadership for Rehabilitation Services at corporate and offsite satellite locations in the tri-state area in addition to overseeing operations, program development, clinical informatics, continuous quality improvement and professional education for rehabilitative/wellness care. She was appointed to the HSS Institutional Review Board, and is the Rehabilitation Research Service Chief. She received her B.S. degree with honors in Physical Therapy from Hunter College and a MBA in Health Care Management from Iona College.
