Marlene Matosky has been with the Health Resources and Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau for the past six years. In her role at the HIV/AIDS Bureau, Ms. Matosky provides technical expertise on clinical care and quality of care. Ms. Matosky supervises the work unit responsible for providing technical assistance to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grant recipients aimed at improving their clinical quality management programs and patient health outcomes. She also serves as the measure steward for four National Quality Forum endorsed HIV performance measures and serves as the contracting officer representative for a project devoted to field-testing HIV electronically specified clinical quality measures. Prior to serving with the federal government, Ms. Matosky has spent over 20 years implementing HIV public health grants and serving as a registered nurse at the bedside. She is also a Lean Sigma Green Belt. In her free time, Ms. Matosky volunteers at the Wilmington, Delaware VA and enjoys foraging for wild, edible mushrooms.
