Marcie Reichert is an accomplished health care leader who presently is the National Manager for Diagnostic Cardiology Clinical Education for GE Healthcare. In this role, she has had the opportunity to lead a specialized team, implementing clinical educational transformation through the implementation of standardized methodologies throughout the Clinical Education Division for GE Healthcare. In this role, Marcie was instrumental in developing account management behavior-based guidelines that when implemented created a branded approach for all of Clinical Education within her division. As Electronic Medical Record Manager, Marcie had directed the EMR team from its inception, developing policies and procedures for change management, education and communication. She was able to implement advisories across the enterprise which allowed a forum for operational leaders and information and technology staff to discuss, plan and implement changes and best practices as they relate to the electronic medical record. She also completed the design and implementation of the Epic Anesthesia Application for the ProHealth enterprise, which included an intra-operative device integration build--the first of its design in the world. During a career that spans two decades, Marcie has challenged herself and established a reputation of building strong relationships. Having graduated from Carroll University with a degree in Nursing in 1998 and her master’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in 2006, she has dedicated her career to healthcare.
