Linda MacCracken works with providers and payers to translate business goals to customer engaged transformation. She works with health organizations to leverage innovation solutions and analytics from cross industry to boost consumer engagement while achieving sustainable profitable results. Linda currently holds a faculty appointment teaching physician executives at Harvard’s Masters of Management Program. She is a frequent speaker addressing customer engagement and innovation and her publications include “Think your Patients are Loyal? Think Again” and “Patients want a healthy dose of digital” by Accenture.
Linda has worked in and with health systems, payers and information firms to optimize cost and access growth using consumer engagement practices, analytics leverage and technology integration. She served as Vice President Product Management at Thomson Reuters, Vice President Advisory Services at Truven Health Analytics and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer in several health systems. Linda holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Macalester College, MN.
