Leo Bodden, MBA, CCIE, is Vice President of IT – Converged Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for budgeting, development, research and strategic oversight for Unified Communications Services, which includes new and existing data network, telecommunications, and video conferencing services for New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Medical Center. He is also responsible for Biomedical Engineering at the hospital. Mr. Bodden began working for NYP as a volunteer in 1995. He joined the staff in 1996 as a workstation coordinator and since then has served in various roles with progressive responsibility in the Department of Information Services, including Corporate Director. Mr. Bodden earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a combined program offered by Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College. He is also a Cisco-Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
