Since 2012 Lara Tramontan has been working as Clinical Data Manager and Project Engineer at Consortium Arsena`l.IT, the Veneto’s Centre for Research and Innovation in e-Health. In 2008, she graduated in Bioengineering (grade: 110/110 magna cum laude) and in 2012 she achieved the PhD in Bioengineering with a Research thesis in “Development of algorithms and tools for the artificial vision and automatic analysis of retinal images”. From February 2011 to July 2011 she was an honorary fellow at the Moorfields Eyes Hospital (London) and she was involved in a project with title “Deeper understanding of the diagnostic power of indexes inferable from retinal images and development of computer-aided tools for their clinical analysis”. During the PhD, she collaborated also with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, University of Wisconsin (Madison, WI) and the Department of Twin Research and Genetic Epidemiology (King’s College, London). In 2012 and 2013 she was involved in the Renewing Health European project and in the Regional Veneto Escape project as data manager and analyst. Since 2013 she has been collaborating with So.Se.Te Srl. in EMIF and ADVANCE European Projects as data manager and project engineer. Since 2014 she has been member of the IHE (Integrating Healthcare Enterprise) QRPH (Quality Research and Public Health) Committee. Since 2012 she has been involved in the Regional Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico project as Project Engineer and Clinical Data Manager.
