Kristina is an Innovation Solutions Manager at Fuse where her multi-layered focus includes healthcare technology, startups and entrepreneurship, public policy, product and program development and product marketing.   Prior to joining Fuse, Kristina served as VP, Product Development and Marketing for Ceras Health, a health tech startup focused on care plan adherence. Previously, Kristina advised early- to mid- stage startups in health and civic technology on business and product development, marketing and strategy.  Kristina co-founded GlobeMed, a national non-profit organization focused on improving the health of people living in poverty around the world. Subsequently, Kristina served as the Assistant Director of the Office for Women's Initiatives and Outreach (GOWIO) while working for Governor Strickland (Ohio), where she led initiatives that advanced the status of women and girls in the areas of economic development, health care, education and personal safety. She led the $10B implementation of the federal stimulus (ARRA) across the state of Ohio. In both roles, she worked on implementing various reforms and new programs to strengthen the health of Ohioans. In the past, she worked as the health policy advisor for policy institute, Innovation Ohio; as the digital strategist for Healthy New Albany; and at Deloitte Center for Health Solutions doing comparative health system analysis.   Kristina received a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the Harvard Kennedy School with a focus on the intersection of technology, healthcare, policy and social change. She received a BA in the History of Science and Medicine, a minor in Global Health and a certificate in Leadership at Northwestern University.
