Kim is a senior revenue cycle executive with over 25 years of healthcare experience and a track record of building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional financial results. She leads the revenue cycle practice for Providence St. Joseph Health with 51 hospitals, 800+ clinics and a comprehensive range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. Kim is guided by the Providence promise of “know me, care for me, ease my way”. She is deeply committed to providing an experience like no other to the patient where revenue cycle is an extension of care delivery. She is equally dedicated to creating a workplace environment that energizes, engages and enables her team to be successful. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is an active member of HFMA and currently chairs its Large System Revenue Cycle Council.
