Keith Kelley joined the Indiana Health Information Exchange (IHIE) in 2008 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for all of IHIE’s operations including Product Management, Business Development, Project Management, Interoperability, and Software Development. Previous roles at IHIE include Vice President of Solution Delivery, Vice President of Professional Services, Vice President of Client Services, and Director of Innovation and Strategy.
Keith has focused on healthcare interoperability for 26 years. Prior to joining IHIE, he lead Junto Group for 5 years, a health care technology company he founded. In addition to running the company, he assisted clients with strategic IT planning, interoperability assessments, and process improvement. Keith spent 21 years in various IT executive positions at health care organizations throughout Indiana, including Ascension Health and Franciscan Alliance.
Keith received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University. Since 2005, Keith has been adjunct faculty at the University of Evansville. He has also been an adjunct instructor at the University of Southern Indiana and a guest lecturer at IUPUI.
