Kathryn Martinez

Dr. Martinez is a health services researcher with expertise in medical decision making and value-based care. Her research focuses on improving evidence-based patient and physician decision making. Current projects include implementation of web-based decision aids into clinical practice and understanding physician use of risk prediction models at the point of care. She received her PhD in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan. She is now an Assistant Professor at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and an Investigator with the Cleveland Clinic Center for Value-Based Care Research.
