MHA Candidate, Sloan Program in Health Administration
Joseph De Los Santos is a student in the Sloan Program in Health Administration. He was born and raised in Southern California, and received his B.S. in Public Health Sciences with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine. He spent two and half years working in the regulatory side of clinical research in the Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Care at UC Irvine Health focusing on patient education, resident education, simulation, quality improvement, pharmaceutical drug and medical device clinical trials. Joseph is now serving as the president of the graduate student/professional club Cornell University Healthy Futures: Graduate Chapter(CUHFG). Joseph is passionate about finding innovative ways to improve the patient experience, healthcare delivery and quality of care. He believes this can be manifested by engaging stakeholders to place hospitality, health and design at the forefront for kind and compassionate care.
