Jim Smith, Corporate Director, Atlantic Health System
Mr. Smith is responsible for the system-wide operations of employer health and mobile health divisions with 65 sites, 850 employees, and $65 million in revenue. Additionally, Mr. Smith was appointed to serve as the Business Administrator responsible for bundled payment initiatives.
With Atlantic Health System since 2005, Mr. Smith held leadership roles in business development, physician relations, sports health, orthopedics, physical therapy and practice management prior to his current role. Smith has over 20 years of experience and proven skills in operations management with profit and loss accountability, strategy development, and sales and marketing leadership. Prior to joining Atlantic, Mr. Smith served in leadership roles in the insurance and construction industries.
Mr. Smith received his master of business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his bachelor of science in business management from the Pennsylvania State University.
A member of the Greater YMCA Board of Directors since 2007, Mr. Smith currently serves as its Chair.
