Jeri Ann Taylor is an accomplished clinical education leader who works for GE Healthcare as the National Clinical Education Manager for Anesthesia Respiratory Care. In this role she has the opportunity to drive clinical education and innovation within GE’s Anesthesia Respiratory Care Division. Jeri has been influential in developing internal and external customer curriculum geared towards setting up a best-in-class approach to the educational process. As a clinical education leader, Jeri has developed intra-web based clinical education support pages to assist in simplification and content consistency for multiple clinical education and sales support teams. She also was able to create workflow analysis tools for the clinical education teams to drive a standardized approach to understanding a customer’s current state and provide the clinical education specialist with a roadmap to future state. Jeri has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and has used her life experiences to enhance her professional skillset. Jeri graduated from Ohlone College with a degree in Respiratory Therapy in 1997, earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2014, then earned her master’s in Organizational Management in 2016 and is now working on her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jeri spent six years working for a specialized heart hospital as a bedside therapist in the San Francisco Bay Area, then moved to Northern California and shifted from bedside patient care to supervisor and management roles.
