Jane Paterson, MSW, RSW is a Director of Interprofessional Practice at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto. Her clinical work has involved working with people with co-occurring substance use and mental health problems and she has extensive experience in family treatment. In her current role, she has been involved in leading practice change initiatives and has established structures to support and mentor clinical staff. Her current work involves clinical policy development and implementation, student education and training, the development of an electronic health record, and promoting optimal care and learning through interprofessional education and collaboration. She has published in the areas of clinical supervision, the assessment of suicidality, and electronic documentation. She is cross appointed to the Factor Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto.
