Jaclyn Wainwright is a nationally recognized thought leader on behavioral health care management. Her area of expertise is the use of predictive analytics and care coordination to improve the health of populations. She is the co-author of a groundbreaking study on long-term substance use disorder treatment outcomes published in October of 2016. She is an experienced operator in the behavioral healthcare field and has built solutions and clinical programming for the nation’s leading behavioral health provider organizations including, CRC Health and Acadia Healthcare.
Jaclyn is currently the Chief Executive Officer for AiR Healthcare Solutions (AiR), a national organization specializing in disease management solutions for behavioral health. As CEO, Jaclyn has overall responsibility for setting the strategy, driving execution, and creating best practices for AiR programs and services. Most recently she has worked to develop the company's advanced claims data analytics software that identifies health plan members with unmet needs. Her creative and entrepreneurial spirit is key to implementing the AiR vision of better outcomes at a lower cost.
In her previous roles at AiR, as COO and Program Director, Jaclyn was the chief strategist for allocating AiR’s resources for its Recovery Management Services and built the systems that help drive AiR's remarkable patient outcomes. Under her leadership, the program achieved unprecedented results. With Jaclyn’s outside-the-box thinking, coupled with her strong determination, AiR pioneered new forms of addiction and mental health advocacy that have begun to revolutionize the industry.
