Elizabeth Clements is Business Architect who works with health system leadership and front-line staff to design and deliver foundational and disruptive IT strategies that meet organizational business needs and define competitive advantage. After spending almost a decade in health IT support services providing process reengineering, program evaluation, and EHR team management, Elizabeth knows that to transform how we deliver healthcare in the 21st century, organizations must invest in a cohesive IT strategic plan that responds to the business and encourages evolution and change. Elizabeth has supported government and private industry consulting clients for Booz Allen Hamilton and xG Health Solutions. She garnered EHR and project management experience from system-wide implementations for ePrescribing, clinical terminology management, and ICD-10 compliance, in addition to leading EHR maintenance and support services. In addition to her IT consulting and EHR program management experience, Elizabeth has knowledge in process improvement, scheduling and access management, and change theory through support of several system-wide optimization programs. Elizabeth holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in IT and Marketing from the American University.
