Ed Bolding currently works as the Manager of the Program Management Office and Finance Value Based Case at the Northside Hospital System in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a key player from a strategy and planning perspective as Northside transitions from the individual legacy pay-for-performance programs into the consolidated Quality Payment Program. At Northside, he manages the Program Management Office which oversees provider participation in MIPS and the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program as well as Hospital Meaningful Use. Ed is a graduate of Hunter College and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in History. Ed received his Master’s in Organizational Management (specializing in Healthcare Administration) from Ashford University in 2013. Ed considers himself to be a staunch physician advocate and is extremely supportive of flexibility and reduced burden upon providers as CMS and other payers make the transition to value-based care.
