Doug is in his second tour of duty with KLAS. Previously, Doug worked on the investor and international-research projects. Currently, he is leading the KLAS Decision Insights team, which evaluates provider buying energy, unearths criteria for the selection and rejection of vendors, and identifies best practices for selecting an HIT vendor solution. The Decision Insights team strives to answer the following three-part question: which vendors providers are buying, considering, or replacing; which products providers are keeping; and which products providers are happy with.
Doug has lived most of his adult life in Utah. He and his wife have seven children who keep their parents very busy. Doug recently completed an MBA at the BYU Marriott School of Business. In his spare time, he likes to enjoy the amazing outdoor recreation opportunities of Utah and attempt DIY projects around the house. Doug would love find time to read and write more and is addicted to NPR podcasts.
