Dianne Kennedy serves as the Vice President of Customer Engagement at Evariant. In this role, she oversees a highly-skilled team responsible for helping health systems drive revenue from innovative patient acquisition and retention strategies, as well as network utilization and physician referral outreach. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with extensive knowledge and skill in managing strategic relationships to support organizational objectives. Prior to Evariant, Dianne served as the Director, Strategic Program Office at MModal, a leader in clinical documentation. She has also held a leadership position and was responsible for account and project management at HealthNow Administrative Services (formerly Brokerage Concepts), the largest third party administrator (TPA) in the country. Dianne holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing from Syracuse University.
