Cynthia Scheideman-Miller, MHSA, is the Telehealth Director at Adventist Health in California. She received her Masters of Health Service Administration from the University of Kansas. She has been active in all aspects of telehealth/ telemedicine program development since 1995, with a special interest in enhanced rural health care delivery. She has served as director of telemedicine grant projects and programs focused on testing, assessing, and implementing telemedicine applications as well as program sustainability. She has been active in promoting telehealth integration and improved reimbursement through numerous presentations, publications, planning groups, and special interest workshops. Previously, she was the Oklahoma Primary Investigator for the Heartland Telehealth Resource Center and Executive Director of the Telehealth Alliance of Oklahoma.
