Christian is a Director with PwC and leads all advanced analytics efforts within PwC’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Commercial practice. He is a professional statistician with over 13 years of experience advising companies in the areas of commercial strategy and operations, covering a broad range of therapeutic areas, including both primary care and specialty products. He advises clients across the product lifecycle from pre-launch to Level of Effort (LOE) strategies.
Christian uses predictive modeling and other advance analytical techniques to inform sophisticated customer segmentation, targeting, and go-to-market models. He also leads PwC’s analytical strategy with respect to integrated delivery networks and other organized customers who are gaining prominence in the evolving healthcare economy and helps clients develop strategies to transform their approach to engaging with these customers. His expertise also includes the development, implementation, and management of innovative pricing and contracting strategies, including outcomes and performance based strategies. This work also involves the development of sophisticated, yet easy to use, models to perform scenario analyses and evaluate the impact of potential pricing and/or contracting strategies.
Christian’s expertise includes leveraging data and analytics to help clients with point solutions to address specific business issues as well as the implementation of broad analytics partnerships enabling clients to enhance their overall analytics and insight generation capabilities.
