Catherine Turbett, MHA is an accomplished senior level healthcare professional, respected for developing and implementing population health strategies with a focus on performance and process improvement. As the Director of Practice Performance Improvement at Steward Health Care Network, Catherine oversees five practice performance improvement teams focused on: electronic health record optimization, patient services, process improvement, risk adjustment and patient experience. Catherine is responsible for managing and deploying a team of over 50 employees to support more than 3000 providers and 75 primary care and specialty practices across Massachusetts. In this role, Catherine monitors practice and network performance in payer-based risk contracts and develops strategies to drive performance through centralized resource deployment, process improvement, and technology solutions. Catherine holds a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University.
