Carrie Ryan is currently Managing Consultant of the Training and Development practice at Burwood Group. She has experience in instructional design, change management, culture building, and performance improvement initiatives. She has partnered with business leaders, and the organization as a whole, to help facilitate change, increase performance through the development of change management initiatives, technology adoption initiatives, organizational value development, performance improvement processes and initiatives, employee engagement surveys, training initiatives and communication strategies. Carrie has experience designing, delivering, and coordinating high-quality learning experiences via instructor-led and on-line delivery of custom training. Carrie has worked with a diverse group of organizations from manufacturing, retail, zoology, healthcare, and conservation where she applies her consultative approach to help improve human performance to meet organizational business needs. She received a Masters of Training and Development from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development and Supervision from Purdue University.
