Caroline provides leadership within PwC's Health Services Practice focusing on Value Based Care, Innovative Payment Design and Pay for Outcomes (P4O) Population Health/ CINs/ DSRIP, MACRA, etc. Her extensive healthcare experience ranges from global strategy, business, operations, clinical practice and research within corporate, academic and non-profit sectors and is a recognized national speaker and author. She leads futuristic innovative design, business transformation, commercialization, patent submission, process improvement, complex change management, nursing and clinical & economic research. Most recently she leads Presidential Transition strategic approaches.
Caroline also served on the Executive Council of a large Health Information Systems (HIS) corporation serving some of the largest payers, providers and national organizations. Executive management experience spans from Global Business Strategy, ICD-10, Reimbursement/P4O business/ operations. Focus is Clinical & Economic Research clinical logic payment methodology and marketing.
Caroline directed enterprise-wide strategic planning, marketing and business development for a $1.5 billion academic Integrated Delivery Network from conception to integrated realization, Senior service line/physician management. She began her career at a large AMC as an CCU RN followed by management of CCU/ Transplant Units, National Institutes of Health (NIH) research trials and evidence based Health Promotion business.
