Amy Zylstra is Penn Medicine's Executive Director of Call Center. She leads a team aimed at solving problems around system implementation and customer engagement. Amy has had a highly accomplished career of over 30 years that have lead to exceptional achievements in improving the strategy used for contact center technology. Amy got her start as a registered nurse for Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services from 1983-1988 before moving to Temple University Health System from 1988 to 1989. She eventually went to Penn Medicine where she has been working since 1994. Amy got her RN, nursing, from Grand Rapids Community College and also holds a BSBA from Aquinas College and an MBA in Health Administration from Temple University.
