Over 25 plus years of progressively responsible experience in nursing with the most recent working with clinical business intelligence, population health analytics and instructional design. Previous employment experience includes clinical program management, development, and implementation of a televideo conference center and supporting clinic program purposed for oncology prospective treatment planning at Seton Healthcare Family, Austin, Texas. Involved the development of a nurse care coordination program to support the patient population as well as develop, implement, and manage the televideo operations of the conference center specific to weekly disease specific conferences. Prior to this employment, career focused on professional nurse education with oversight for the Austin Community College Continuing Nursing Education Provider Unit. Responsibilities included transitioning a classroom based nurse re-entry program to online delivery available within the Texas Community College system and continued to maintenance and instructional oversight as the lead instructor for the course.
