Discuss the intersection of the healthcare fraud and abuse laws with the practice of telemedicine; discuss the traditional fraud and abuse laws (e.g., Stark and Anti-kickback) and how they may be implicated by various telemedicine arrangements; explore fraud and abuse risk areas that may be unique to telemedicine and discuss recent enforcement actions and trends and explore what to expect next in the way of fraud and abuse enforcement of telemedicine arrangements.
