Description

Through the implementation of a unified smartphone platform across 20 campuses spanning 200 miles, Avera Health realized the vision of integrating technology to improve patient satisfaction, patient safety, staff satisfaction and operational efficiency. Care teams have access to comprehensive patient information at their fingertips through the communication platform’s integration with the electronic health record and ADT data. Hospital executives will describe how access to up-to-date information combines with seamless care collaboration among clinical leaders, bedside staff, ancillary departments, and providers to improve patient experience and outcomes.
