Stanford Health Care: Advancing Patient Experience Outcomes With Analytics

Patient experience is a top priority for healthcare organizations because now, more than ever, patients have access to public data to help them make choices about where they receive care. At the same time, patient experience is a complex issue that has multiple contributing factors and requires intelligent tools for analysis and insight. In this session, the Stanford Health Care Patient Experience Analytics and Reporting team will describe how they have improved patient experience in key service lines, including primary care, by developing dynamic dashboards that provide in-depth, actionable insights for leaders, clinicians, and staff. They will also share some of the strategies used to help ensure the needs of clinical providers and operational leaders were incorporated into the design and development of the solution implementation.

  • Design and implement patient experience reporting strategies to inform and align executives and empower clinical staff to deliver an exceptional experience to patients
