Sharing Mainstream – The Digital Bridge & The Learning Health Community

11:30am - 12:30pm Thursday, March 8
Las Vegas - Sands Convention Center
Interoperability Showcase | 11955 Theater

Description

Joins us during the last day of the Interoperability Showcase to explore how the Learning Health Community and the Digital Divide are transforming the industry and disrupting the way we think about sharing. Sharing data, sharing information across diverse stakeholders. The Digital Bridge is an incubator, cultivating projects that meet the goal of effective information sharing between clinicians and public health professionals. As its first project, the Digital Bridge collaborative has designed a nationally scalable, multi-jurisdictional approach to electronic case reporting (eCR) that will be implemented across different states and cities. The Learning Health Community (“Community”) aims to mobilize and empower multiple and diverse stakeholders to collaboratively realize a national-scale (and ultimately global), person centered, continuous and rapid learning health system (LHS).
