The Digital innovation and Consumer Experience (DICE) group at Jefferson defines and shapes the organization’s innovation curve. DICE has delivered many cutting-edge, value-driven solutions at Jefferson and beyond. The session will explore the DICE group’s journey in developing the Smart Patient Room Concierge by leveraging the power of AI.
Smart Patient Room Concierge consists of a speaker placed in patient rooms backed by HIPAA compliant AI technology. These smart speakers help patients get answers to their questions. From basic questions around weather, date & time, visiting hours and controlling the TV to more enhanced questions relating to physician information and care delivery are answered by the speakers almost instantaneously. The next phase of the Smart Patient Room Concierge will focus on more clinical use-cases.
