Securing the Clinically-Integrated Supply Chain

While data security is an issue that is of paramount concern across a healthcare enterprise in general, special attention needs to ensure that accountability and standards for the secure clinically integrated supply chain as well.  By exploring a wide range of security considerations related to supply chain management and knowledge, topics discussed will include both physical and logical components, ranging from chain of custody, anti-counterfeiting, and cybersecurity. Understanding the challenges and threats of securing the clinically integrated supply chain, while also reviewing the emerging technologies that can be applied to address these threats, will positively affect the quality and outcomes equation for patient care.
