Will healthcare consumers adopt traditional consumer behaviors if they have cost and quality information readily available, and convenience in managing care transactions such booking appointments and paying bills? This session will look at the back end of healthcare transactions (which is the front end of retail transactions) and their potential to influence care choices, utilization, adherence and overall cost of care.
