To succeed in improving population health outcomes and clinician buy-in, Partners Healthcare embarked on a comprehensive revamp of its quality measures. By eliminating clinically-irrelevant "noise", Partners was able to identify meaningful quality insights that could then be deployed to improve patient outcomes. This session outlines Partners' methodologies for choosing the right metrics and extracting actionable insights to improve patient and clinician experience.
