Recent Huron research of over 1,500 consumers has identified that while satisfaction with current healthcare providers remains high, complacency is waning fast as more than half of respondents are willing to make a change to their current provider. Organizations that offer ways to systematically improve satisfaction by putting the consumer at the center of their solutions will more quickly begin connecting with patients in ways that build loyalty and generate sustainable growth.
