Description

The Nursing Informatics Roundtable provides a platform to enable trusted clinical nurse leaders of all levels to advance their understanding of how technology can play an important role as part of an integrated care team. This panel is centered on perspectives of how the evolution of nursing informatics is accelerating the future of nursing in the digital environment. 

A Nursing Informatics Networking Reception will be held immediately following the roundtable. Open to all HIMSS20 attendees at no additional cost; registration requested.

  • Discuss use of analytics and dashboards for clinical management
  • Discover multidisciplinary approaches to care coordination and collaboration
  • Identify artificial intelligence applications in the clinical environment by using AI and developing algorithms for predictive analytics used in care management
  • Interpret the impact of digital health on advanced education through usage of digital environment to meet advanced education needs
