Move from Traditional Change Management to Agile Methodology

Moving away from the traditional change management process, Banner Health moved toward Agile methodology to incorporate a set of principles in which requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration, cross-functional teams and rapid data analysis. Agile methodology promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement and encourages rapid and flexible response to change.* Our approach was supported by following the workstream, capabilities, group impacted, potential users impacted and measuring a quick adoption summary. By following this Agile methodology, we made design changes, measured the impact with rapid turn-around analytics, tweaked the changes as needed, and constantly measured adoption and satisfaction.
